-This is Check + Unlock service. This service is not refunding , also not refunding for "Not found orders" , please, do not order if you do not agree.
- If your device is not eligible you will still be charged for the order because this is also a check service and you will receive the number of days until its eligible.
- MUST BE CLEAN & ACTIVE FOR 180 DAYS
- Verification available for up to 72 hours as long as service is still active. After 72 hours we will not accept video proof.
-No refund if your device is asking for code to be entered (Do Not order), this is not a generic service.
- Refunds are NOT available for any other error message including "Server not responding. Please try again later". If your device shows one of these messages, try upgrading the firmware or performing a hard reset.
- T-Mobile devices Not supported. No refund for mistakes.
-Do not order if you are not willing to wait. No cancellation available after order is placed.
Steps if your IMEI is not unlocked after marked success:
- Contact us via Support ticket with the order information WRITTEN/TYPED and the error message you are receiving.
- Our support team will send your order for verification.
- If the error continues after verification, we will provide you with a serial number and video instructions to ensure the video was made post-verification.
ATTENTION: We do NOT support devices that are illegally acquired - This service is only supported for Clean Eligible devices that are whitelisted and obtained through legal methods. By using this service you agree to those terms and are held responsible for your IMEI's.
